Summer Tune-up Clinics at Triangle Aquatic Center- Next weekend!

Triangle Aquatic Center is offering three different Summer Tune-Up Clinics on May 31st. These are a perfect way to work on swim team skills as the season begins! Coaches will focus on long axis, short axis, and starts & turns.

Please pre-register by Friday May 30th.

9am -10am Free/Back

10am -11am Start/Turn

11am -12pm Breast/Fly
